Energy Balancing Energy Healing for Animals Horses and Humans

Animal    Treatments

Pat uses a number of modalities to treat animals, and she teaches these.

Energy Balancing is a technique of finding imbalances in the body by using a simple form of muscle-testing. When imbalances are found and energy is put in, it increases the body's ability to balance and heal itself more rapidly. Pat treats horses, dogs, cats and other animals, by appointment, using a variety of energy modalities that are summarized below. First, she establishes a connection with the animal, so that it feels comfortable and as relaxed as possible. Then she uses a muscle test to find imbalances in the system. She determines which method or combination of methods to use to help the system come into balance.

The treatment is non-invasive and most often very comfortable for the animal. Pat believes in the team approach to treating animals. She will ask you about your observations and the observations and recommendations of your veterinarian.

Why Energy Healing?

  • Reduce or eliminate pain and accelerate physical healing
  • Promote deep emotional release and healing
  • Support both conventional medical and holistic treatments
  • Promote relaxation and bring peace of mind
  • Assist in integration of new levels of consciousness

About Energy Balancing:

Our body contains systems that radiate and communicate energy on many levels. When life is favorable, our energy is in balance; however, when events and our environment cause an imbalance, we experience stress, discomfort and/or dysfunction on one or more levels. Several types of energy balancing are used by Pat to restore a more natural state; these include Reiki, Energy Medicine, and Stress Point Therapy.

Reiki Therapy:

Reiki (ray key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy. The Usui System of Reiki is a traditional, natural healing art, which utilizes this gentle and powerful energy to promote and accelerate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. It helps the body restore its natural energy balance and assists in achieving new levels of understanding of one’s self. The Reiki practitioner’s hands are placed on or slightly above the body to transfer Universal Energy to the body’s magnetic field. This energy works to soothe, clear stress and heal. Energy Medicine:

Is a system of tapping, sweeping and holding techniques, developed by Donna Eden, that help shift the body’s energies and keep them balanced and maintained. These techniques can address physical illness and emotional or mental disorders, and can also promote high-level wellness and peak performance.

Stress Point Therapy:

Overexertion and tension can lead to the development of stress points and energy blocks. When these points are located and pressed, energy begins to flow again and pain may subside and allow the body to heal itself more rapidly.

Connecting Energy:

To be in balance, energy needs to flow freely through the body. Sometimes the energy is blocked. It can be reconnected by finding the blocked area and reconnecting it through specific points found through the muscle test.

Laser Therapy:

Laser therapy stimulates cells and energizes natural cellular processes. Laser light therapy at specific doses and wavelengths has been proven to help heal by increasing circulation, decreasing inflammation, reducing pain and accelerating healing.

Activation Therapy:

This therapy is done by putting a measured, quick thump in specific parts of the body. This can be done with an activator, a mallet and rubber covered dowel or  a knuckle (in a pinch!). Pat starts with a system taught by Dr. William Inman, using an activator.

P E M F (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field):

Is a non-invasive technology that generates gentle electromagnetic pulses to penetrate every cell, tissue and organ traveling to the bone to rejuvenate the body’s natural balance. It increases blood oxygen and stimulates cellular metabolism.

Vibration Therapy:

This therapy is done mostly with hand-held vibration devices. Localized vibration therapy can help muscles contract and relax and increase circulation in specific spots. There are a number of vibrators that can be used: Ice-Vibe boots cool the tissue with cold packs and add vibration to keep the blood flow and oxygen going to allow for better recovery.
